In this CBT-based training, participants will understand the role of discomfort and gain a position of power over urges.



Course Lessons

  1. The Acceptance of Discomfort
    In the case of behavioral change, discomfort occurs because we are challenging ourselves but consciously accepting and embracing discomfort allows the experience of behavior change to be empowering. 
  2. Creating Urges
    Creating urges and consciously addressing them makes those urges lose their power causing the brain to create new patterns and emotional responses.
