The Community Connect Challenge is designed to help participants become more involved with their communities while they strengthen social bonds and gain a greater sense of unity. This challenge is an opportunity for participants to contribute positively to their local communities while boosting their own well-being through social support and engagement.

Phase 1 (Days 1-7): Getting to Know Your Community
Theme: This phase is about discovering the roots and current dynamics of the local community.
