Theme: Let's examine the pillars that make up the main aspects of mental wellbeing and make a personal commitment.

- Complete the "My Whole Health Reflection Tool" flow
- Fill out your Mental Wellbeing tracker once
- Pick an area of self-care and commit to one thing that will help you improve it.
Phase 3: Navigating Emotions
Theme: Looking at some simple ways to identify emotions and control them.
Required
- Read "Tame Reactive Emotions by Naming Them"
- Complete the "Name It and Tame It" flow exercise
- Fill out your Mental Wellbeing tracker once
- Three days this week, name your emotion and choose how to respond to the situation.
Phase 4: Activities for Mental Wellbeing
Theme: Adding more skills to our toolkits so we can support our mental wellbeing and build a life of meaning.

- Complete the "Attitude of Gratitude" flow exercise
- Do one thing from the "20 Activities for Mental Wellbeing" article
