Using the Import/Export Function for Flows

If you have multiple portals and you want to use a custom flow (or goal, or assessment, which can also be exported and imported in a similar fashion) in more than one portal, you only need to undergo the process of creating/customizing ONCE. After you’ve created the original, you can upload it into other portals (one at a time) using the export/import function.

Here’s how the export/import function works for flows:

After customizing the "Financial Wellness Quiz" flow in one portal, I want to be able to use it in other portals. Rather than having to recreate the flow for each portal, simply export the flow from the flow manager table using the actions menu:

Now I can enter the next portal I want to use it in, go to the flow manager, and click the IMPORT button above the table:

After importing the flow, you'll be on the editor page for the flow. Make any edits you want to make, if any, then click SAVE and PUBLISH for use in the portal.
