Using the Import/Export Function for Content

If you have multiple portals and you want to use a newly made or customized flow, goal, or assessment in more than one portal, you only need to undergo the process of creating/customizing ONCE. After you’ve created the piece of content, you can upload it into other portals (one at a time) using the export/import function.

Here’s how the export/import function works using a flow as an example:

After creating a flow called “Participant Assessment” in one of my portals, I want to be able to use it in all of my other portals. Rather than having to recreate the flow for each portal, I can simply export the flow from the flow manager table using the actions menu:

Now I can enter the next portal I want to use it in, go to the flow manager, and click the IMPORT button above the table:
