White labeling allows clients to apply their own branding to certain parts of the Engagement Rx solution. This means that when their members enter the Engagement Rx system, they will see branding that matches the branding of the client (as opposed to the default Engagement Rx branding).
When white labeling is configured, it can impact what members see at the site header, in the mobile app, in emails, on course completion certificates, in the browser path, and on the landing page. White labeling also allows clients to determine where their members go when they log in and where they are redirected when they log out.
White labeling can be done on the portal level using the white label configuration tool inside the admin website. To see step-by-step instructions on how to use the white label configuration tool, see this article.
