Messaging Attachments in the Coaching System

The Engagement Rx system enables messaging between coach admins and members in emails and in SMS messages.


When a coach sends a member an email, it can be viewed by the member in the portal’s messages center AND in their personal email account. The only attachment type that a coach can include with an email is PDF. The member has no option to add attachments when responding from the messages center; however, if they send a response from their personal email account, they may include attachments, but only PDFs are retained and delivered to the coach in the Engagement Rx system.


For SMS messages, image files can be sent and received by both the coach and the member.
