Using Keywords in the Admin System for Lookup

This article is about using keywords to find content in the admin system.

When content of any type—articles, PDFs, videos, and audios—is put into the system, one or more keywords can be assigned. Afterwards, when looking up content, you can enter the keyword into the search bar and all content assigned with the keyword will appear in the table. (Note that you can also search for content by title.)

In this example below, you can see that the search was done for the keyword recipes, which made every piece of content with the keyword recipes appear in the table:
