Defining and Assigning the Contact Lead

Portals that have the Coach feature enabled can assign a Contact Lead to individual portal members.


What is a Contact Lead?


A Contact Lead is an admin (typically a coach) who is assigned to be the main correspondent with an individual portal member. Admins with the Coach role can assign a Contact Lead to individual portal members through the member’s dashboard in the admin website. Once assigned to a member, the Contact Lead is the primary correspondent and manager of this member’s account.


Contact leads can be set by using the components in an automation or a flow, or you can manually assign the lead in the member dashboard.


Viewing/Assigning a Contact Lead in the Member Dashboard


To view a member's contact lead or to assign one, find the member by searching in the Member section. From the main dashboard, you can view the member's current contact lead in the Misc Info section of the Member Details tile:
