What does a complete user eligibility file look like?

If you are assigning a portal with user eligibility authentication type, you will need to upload a user eligibility file. This is an example of a completed user eligibility file:

For this file, the following fields can be used for the two required validation fields:

  • KeyField (this is the unique identifier of a member that exists in the client system; for instance, it could be an employee ID number or an insurance number)

  • FirstName

  • LastName

  • Email

  • Birthdate (this is optional, but it is often used as a validation field; the format must be MM/DD/YYYY)

Keep in mind that once the initial eligibility file is successfully uploaded into the Engagement Rx system, all future eligibility file headers and data must be formatted in exactly the same way. All new eligibility files submitted must include the ENTIRE eligible population at the time of upload (do not just include new members).
