The Customer Service section allows Customer Support Reps and Managers to view course-related data and account details for individual members. (Note that certain actions and data access depend on roles and special permission capabilities.)
To get to the Customer Service section, select it from the menu at the top of the page on the admin dashboard:
The Customer Service module allows you to:
- Search for individual members
- View the member dashboard where you can see course activity and progress, member details, customer service notes, a history of changes to the account, and all notifications sent to a member.
