How Do I Download A Report?

All report types in the Reports section of the admin are downloadable. Before downloading, you must generate the report. 

After generating a report, the data will appear and, at the top, right corner of the report is a green "Download report" button: 

You can download in one of two file formats:

1. Comma-separated values (.csv)
2. Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (.xlsx) 

Select the format you want, and the report will download.

Additionally, any reporting grids found in Engagement Rx can be right-clicked and exported from within the grid.
