This article is about assigning a manually triggered automation to a member. Manual automations must be triggered by an admin for an individual member.
To find the member you want to assign an automation to:
- Go to the Members section.
- Look up the member using the search function (see this article for more details).
- Click on the members listing from the search results.
Now click on the Automations option in the left-hand menu (1) and then ASSIGN AUTOMATIONS (2):
- Clicking in the Select Automation field allows you to choose from any automation that is currently published for the portal.
- Set the date when the automation will begin.
In the pop-up box, click inside the "Select Automation" field to display a list of all manual automations currently published for the member's portal. Then scroll down the list and select the desired automation. The newly scheduled automation has been put into motion and it will appear on the "Scheduled" filter in the table for the member.
