All Challenge templates are built to easily enable automations for different events related to a user's progression in a Challenge. To save challenge administrators time and effort, Challenge templates are prepopulated with default email text to provide information and/or encouragement to the user when they've triggered three events:
- Complete registration
- Complete a phase of the Challenge
- Complete the Challenge
To review and edit default messaging for events, choose the Challenge from your portal listing (or, if you haven't published the Challenge for the portal yet, select CREATE from the Challenge tool and choose the template from the listing). Once you are in the Challenge editor, click on the Events option from the menu on the left:
To review the default message, click the pencil icon. Then, in the next screen, click on the "Send Email" tile and review the text in the editor box to the right:
