All admin users can set certain details of their admin account by:
- Logging into the admin
- Clicking the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner
- Clicking Profile & Preferences under their name and email address
Admins with any role and permissions can update the following:
- First and last name associated with the admin account
- Email address, which must be unique to the system
- Timezone
For Coaches
Admins with the Coach role have the added ability to create and edit details related to their Coach Profile. Once these details are added, they can be used in communications (for “email from”) and will populate pages that use a coach component for the coach.
- The Contact Name is the name members presented to members in communications (this is different from the admin user name, which was completed in the "profile details" section previously).
- The summary will appear in coach component tiles that are added to custom pages.
- The profile image uploads as the avatar in your account and will appear in coach component tiles that are added to custom pages. Images populate in 300x200 tiles so use images with a 3:2 ratio.
- After completing the fields, save your changes.
Below these fields, in the Credentials & Security Settings section, you can change your password. In the Personal Data section, you can download your data or delete your account.
