FAQ: Users Unable to Login Due to Age Verification

To ensure the safety and privacy of our users, our system follows industry best practices to prevent the accidental collection of information from minors. If a user enters a birthdate indicating they are under the minimum age, the system will temporarily prevent the acceptance of a different birthdate for a short period of time. 


This measure is not directly communicated to the user, in order to avoid easy circumvention of it. Instead, our support team is available to assist users of legal age with any questions or concerns they may have, and advise them to try again after fifteen minutes have passed.
