This article is about how to use the engagement templates for your portal. These templates don’t need any customization, they’re ready to go as is, so it’s really easy to set them for use in your portal.
- First, go to the Settings section of the admin website.
- Now choose the Portal Management module.
- Select the portal you want to use the template in.
Now you are on the main portal management page.
- Select “Try Flows 2.0 BETA” from the options in the CONTENT section on the left-side menu:
- Now click on the CREATE button above the table on the right:
Here you can see all the templates that exist in the system. Scroll through them until you find the one you want to use. For this example, we'll use the "Tobacco Cessation Program Enrollment" template, but the process is the same for all of the Engagement template:
- Click on the template you want.
- Click the START FROM TEMPLATE button.
You can now see all the components of the template laid out in the grid and there's nothing you need to change or edit. All you have to do now is 1 save the draft and 2 publish it:
Now when you return to the main flows V2 page, you will see the template listed in the flows table.
