This article is about the Audit Log report tool. This tool allows Company Admin users to view updates and changes made to all portals in the company.
To view the audit log report:
- Go to the Reports section of the admin website.
- Enter the Audit Log report module.
Understanding the Report
The report lists individual actions in groups of 20 per page, starting with the most recent.
There are four columns of data related to each event. Columns in this table can be moved to whatever order is preferred. As pictured above, the columns consist of the following details:
- Name of the portal to which the change applies.
- Description of the logged action (Log Text).
- Date and time that the action was performed.
- Admin user who performed the action.
