If you have downloaded the Engagement RX App, but cannot log in, please try these troubleshooting steps to begin
1. Uninstall, then re-install the Engagement RX app
2. Make sure you are using the email address that appears in your Engagement RX profile
3. If you are taking this course through your wellness provider, you will use a mobile code (get your unique mobile code on your Engagement RX profile page)
4. If you are taking this course directly through the Engagement RX website, you will enter your password. Forgot your password, use the forgot password link (https://engagementrx.com/public/app2/#!/forgot-password)
