Company Overview

The Company Overview module can be viewed when you are assigned the role of admin. The company overview module has two main sections: 

1. The dashboard, which shows you the active portals in the company, the active portal users, and the active admin users;


2. The courses enabled at the company level (courses that are enabled can be used in company portals). 

To get to the company settings dashboard:

• Go to the Settings section 


• Select the Company Overview module

Dashboard

When you enter this module, you'll be delivered to the dashboard which provides a basic company overview, including the percentage of all portal users who are active, percentage of portals which are active, and the percentage of admins who are active in the company.

Beneath these graphs are:

• Company Name: This can be edited in this module by selecting "Change."


• Company Since: The date the company was created in the system. 


• Expiration Date: The date that the company account is set to expire. Note that if this date is in the past, the company account is cancelled. 

Courses

When you select "Courses" from the navigation menu on the left, you can view all courses offered by Engagement Rx and determine their status within your company. The status can be set to either enabled or disabled: when courses are enabled at the company level, they can then be enabled at the portal level and accessed by members.
