Your Selfhelpworks member profile page contains information such as name, birthdate, email address, and mobile phone number. To view and update this information, follow the below instructions.
1. Log into your Selfhelpworks portal homepage
2. Click 'Account in the top right hand corner
3. From the dropdown menu select Member Profile
4. Under 'General Settings' enter the information you would like to update in the appropriate field
5. Click 'Save Settings'
